Karma is excited to offer their four course Valentine's Dinner with the Winemaker once again, and they've added an extra evening this year.

FIRST
Seafood L'Amore
a trio of jumbo prawns, scallops and crab
served with 2008 Karma Estate Gewurztraminer

SECOND
Wild Hibiscus
with warm goat cheese on a bed of bitter greens
served with 2007 Bad Karma

THIRD
For The Love Of Meat
Smoked duck breast, grilled lamb chop and Kobe beef with foie gras
served with 2007 Karma Cabernet Sauvignon

FINISH
Raspberry Marscapone Mousse Tiramisu
with cocoa nib and butter chocolate
served with 2008 Late Harvest Syrah
